Delivery areas
We deliver across Australia. Freight cost and delivery timing depend on your location and order size.
Delivery quote & confirmation
Because freight varies, delivery is quoted per order. After you submit an enquiry we confirm the freight cost and expected timing with you before any payment is taken.
Damaged items
Please inspect your order on arrival. If anything arrives damaged, email hello@ecofeast.com.au within 7 days with your order number and photos so we can arrange a replacement or resolution.
Returns & refunds
As these are single-use food-service products, we generally cannot accept returns of opened packs for hygiene reasons. Where goods are faulty or not as described, you are entitled to a remedy under the Australian Consumer Law. Contact us and we'll make it right.
